Shipping

We ship all across Pakistan. Some products are imported from abroad and may take longer to arrive.

• Local Products: Delivered in 3–5 working days
• Imported Products: Delivered in 8–12 working days (within Pakistan)

Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 5,000 (Pakistan only).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight. You can find the weight of each product on its detail page. For consistency with courier policies, weights are rounded up to the next full kilogram.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on local (non-imported) items within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund or replacement.

Please note: Imported products are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if an imported item is not delivered, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Timing may vary based on courier and bank processing.

To request a return, log in to your account, go to My Orders, and select Return Item(s). We’ll notify you via email once your return is approved or processed.
